REFUNDS POLICY:

We strive to ensure product quality. All sells are final. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases of verified defects or productions errors.

Depending on your payment method and your bank, refunds can show up in your account within 7 to 10 business days.

We reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

DAMAGE/QUALITY ISSUES:

Defective unworn and unused items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent. Include a photograph showing the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item/(s), along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Please email us with these details at GravelridingconeptsLLC@gmail.com If you do not contact us within this time frame, we will assume that you are satisfied with your product/(s) and will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint.

Once you have contacted us, we will then have five (5) business days to determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate, or to advise you that more information is needed to process your inquiry. If we request additional information to verify an inquiry and it is not provided within a reasonable time, we will be under no obligation to provide a refund or replacement.

BUYER’S REMORSE:

No refunds are accepted for sizing or buyer’s remorse. All garment information is available on the product detail page. Customer is responsible to research product/(s) materials, quality, texture, etc.

WRONG ADDRESS:

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for products mailed to the wrong shipping address.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages confirmed as delivered by mailing carrier. Most of our products are sourced and printed from our Printing partners based in the U.S and Europe. Therefore, it can take on average 2 weeks for the purchased items to reach your doorstep depending on where you are based, and potentially longer due to delays out of our control.
